In order to turn your new teeth around so quickly, we work closely with your dentist, prosthodontist, or other dental service providers. We also do extensive preplanning to make sure not only that your placement is done quickly and accurately, but also that your provisional teeth are ready by the day of the procedure. This includes determining your smile goals, doing digital imaging of your mouth, and having a surgical guide and temporary teeth created by our partner lab.
On the day of surgery, we’ll provide IV sedation or other anesthesia options to keep you relaxed and pain-free, then perform any tooth extraction needed before precisely placing dental implant posts into your jaw using your customized surgical guide.
After the implants are stable, we’ll attach a fully functional, attractive temporary crown or bridge (your immediate dental implants) that will enable you to smile, eat, and speak while your implant sites are healing and finalized crowns are created. You can leave our office the same day with a brand-new tooth or teeth that feel natural and look incredible!
